The Chainletter Massacre
The Chainletter Massacre is our entry for the Pack of Horrors game Jam. The Pack of Horrors is a game jam focused on creating and developing horror themed games by studios and teams from the brazilian indie scene.
Our game is set in the late 90s and tells the story of Derek Freake, a writer and editor who recently moved to this new house at the countryside of Illinois , USA, and starts receiving this bunch of bizarre and creepy emails from undisclosed recipients.
All those emails asked Derek to forward them to a certain number of friends, or else something really bad would happen. One day, after arriving from work and ignoring certain mails, Derek was visited by certain… things… And there it all began, the paranoia, the madness. How long will he survive?
